I'm not sure what these books are good for. They are very nice, but I found them to be impractical as a journal. Journals need to be spiral bound so that you can keep them flat. I found it difficult to write on both sides of the page. I may go to the office supply store to make them into spiral bound notebooks.
This is an absolutely beautiful notebook/journal. It's quite thick so there is plenty of room to write, and the design on the front is even lovelier in person than it is on here. I have already recommended this to many people who asked where I got such a beautiful journal.
